The Professional Lunch and learn program is designed to provide basic professional development skills to high school students and introduce them to different career paths. It also offers a unique opportunity for them to meet with professionals in the community to learn and network. This year, our goal is to extend our program to 10 high schools.

We strive to bring in guest speakers to educate our young professionals on a variety of topics. Each lunch and learn session includes a guest speaker and lunch provided by our team.

Leadership

Introducing young professionals to basic leadership concepts.

Professional Etiquette

We will help students keep their professionalism on point with basic tips to present the best version of themself.

Professional Relationship Management

Provide strategies that help students form, maintain, and enhance positive relationship in the workplace.

Communication Skills

 Help student develop abilities when giving and receiving different kinds of information. Communication skills involve listening, speaking, observing and empathizing

Workplace Culture

Provide understanding the core components of a positive workplace culture based on open communication, meaningful work, and core values.

Financial Literacy

Develop students’ ability to understand and apply different financial skills effectively, including personal financial management, budgeting and saving .
